JOB GOALS:

Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

OVERVIEW

The School Principal ensures learning and teaching run smoothly following the use and application of relevant, approved learning/teaching resources and materials to guarantee students are properly taught and teachers are adequately prepared for given tasks. The School Principal ensures the school and its facilities are suitable, safe, and secured for the students and staff.

The School Principal is required to provide good leadership in areas of research, discoveries, innovations, training, creativities; and acquisition of knowledge and management of resources for development and improvement of human capacity.

The School Principal is expected to apply discipline, maintain excellence, and provide leadership in the course of his/her duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates applying for the position must possess the following:

• A First Degree from a recognized University.
• A higher degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
• Graduates outside the field of education must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
• Registration with the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is compulsory.
• Possessing certificates in any of the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) Continuous Professional Development Qualifications will be an added advantage
• Graduates of foreign and Nigerian universities are eligible.

Experienced Required:
Candidates applying for the position must have the following:

• A minimum of 12 years teaching experience
• Must have been a Vice Principal or Principal in a reputable Cambridge Associate School
• A minimum of 7 years as a member of School Management Team
• Must have certifications of any of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes of the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE)
• Must possess ccommensurable experience and exposure in Cambridge Secondary Checkpoint and IGCSE
• Experience and exposure in interpreting and implementing secondary school syllabi
• Capacity to coordinate the integration of conventional and international curricula
• Must be abreast and conversant with international, local, and relevant educational curricula.
• Required Teaching Skill Sets/Passion to work – especially with teenagers.
• Ability to provide mentorship to students and leadership to members of staff
• Computer Literacy is mandatory
• Must be cheerful, polite, jovial, respectful and optimistic

• Good knowledge and experience of teaching the subject(s) in Cambridge Secondary Checkpoint or/and International General Certificate of Senior Education (IGCSE) is an added advantage
• All applicants MUST possess qualifications in the subjects of choice and be competent to deliver

The Front Desk Representative undertakes all receptionist and clerical duties at the Front Desk of the school’s main entrance. She is the face of the school to the parents, staff, students, visitors, etc.
She is responsible for the first impression made on the school.
The Front Desk Representative in Royal Oxbridge International School is a respectful, responsible, disciplined, friendly, and easy-going personality.
The Front Desk Representative deals with complaints and accurately disseminates information with enthusiasm.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Sc./B.A./HND (Bus. Adm./Sec. Admin./Soc. Sciences, etc.)
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the same or similar position in a reputable secondary school.
• Graduates of foreign and Nigerian universities are eligible.

Experienced Required

• Reasonable years of experience in secretarial/administrative duties
• Must be very fluent in the English Language
• Must be computer literate and versatile with various relevant computer appreciations/applications
• Must be abreast and conversant with management and general handling of the various social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.
• Must be a cheerful, social, and friendly person
• A good team player (Team Spirit)
• Must be mature and a good manager of time and information
